How much does it cost?

Our experience has shown that each event has specific needs, we would love the opportunity to create a custom package tailored to your needs. Visit our Packages page to see the current offerings.

Where can we have the Rolling Refreshment vehicle delivered? 

We are based in Austin, TX, hence we provide coverage for most of the hill country region. Transportation costs are based on the event location.

What forms of payment are accepted? 

Certainly we take accept cash and checks, as well as most major credit cards.

Can I server my own drinks?

Yes, most noteworthy we do NOT sell the beverages that will be served. During the planning phase we will work with you on the options and provide third party vendors.

Rolling Refreshment can provide TABC certified bartenders to work your event. We will go over this in detail during the custom event planning phase.

Does Rolling Refreshment sell alcohol?

No. Alcohol is supplied by you or a third party vendor. We can work with you or the third party vendor make the coordination and setup process seamless for you.

Who is responsible for clean up?

If our staff is manning the event we will handle all trash removal and clean up related to the Rolling Refreshment Ride.

If you are staffing the event yourself it is expected the Rolling Refreshment ride will be clean and ready for pickup at the end of your rental time. Additional charges may be added for overage time and clean up. We will do a walk around at the beginning and at the end of the event to check for damages. You are responsible for damage that occurs during the course of the event.
